Cedarwood smells like a quiet room with wooden floors. Warm, dry, softly sweet: the grounding note that anchors a blend and keeps brighter oils from floating away.
Traditionally used for grounding and focus, cedarwood is a favorite for workspaces and evening wind-downs alike. As a base note, it is also the oil that makes your other oils smell more expensive.
How to use
- Diffuse — 3 to 4 drops, alone or under citrus
- Topically — dilute in a carrier oil; good on the back of the neck
