Return & Refund Policy

Howl Essence Returns & Refund Policy 

Items must be unused, unopened, and in saleable condition, including original packaging.
Eligible items: sprays, oils, and accessories in new condition.
Non-returnable items: consumables such as opened essential oils, fragrance oils, sprays, blends, gift sets, or digital products (e-books, downloadable content).

Time Frame

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

1. Contact us within 30 days at (305) 890-1981 or contact@howlessence.com. 2. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending your items. 3. Return authorized items (customer is responsible for return shipping costs).
4. We recommend insuring return shipments and obtaining tracking information.

Refunds

Refunds for eligible items will be issued to the original method of payment. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Please allow up to 10 business days after receipt of returned items for processing.

Exchanges & Damaged Items

For damaged or missing items, please email us with photos of the product, packaging, and labels. We offer either a replacement or store credit for approved claims.
Replacements are shipped to the original shipping address only.
For international orders, we can only offer refunds (no replacements).

Important Notes

Please check your order immediately upon receipt.
Returns without prior authorization (RMA) will not be accepted.
Unsolicited returns or products sent back without approval will not be refunded or returned.
